Controller and contact route. Belo is responsible for the information submitted through this site. For a privacy request, use the contact form with “Privacy request” selected.

What Belo collects and why. Belo collects your name, work email, company or organization, inquiry details, and any optional follow-up preferences. This information is used to assess and respond to your inquiry and to protect the form from abuse.

Processors and transfers. Production inquiries are stored using Cloudflare KV. Full inquiry alerts are sent to Belo’s private Telegram account so Belo can respond. Cloudflare and Telegram may process information in countries other than yours; the availability of safeguards depends on their respective services and your location.

Retention. Cloudflare KV inquiry records are targeted for deletion within 90 days. Telegram chat retention is managed independently in that chat and may not match the Cloudflare record.

Sensitive information. Do not submit passwords, private keys, customer records, security findings, or other sensitive materials through this form. Belo will agree a secure follow-up route if needed.

Your requests. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of an inquiry by using the contact route above. Belo will review requests in the context of the information available and applicable obligations.

Changes. Belo may update this notice when handling practices materially change. The current version will identify its update date.
